    Academic Requirements

Sigma Nu exists to cultivate and develop ethical leaders. An education is the most important part of that formula. You are a student first, and a Sigma Nu second. To ensure this is happening, Sigma Nu, in accordance with the North-American Interfraternity Conference (the governing arm of 65 national fraternities), has a minimum standard that all members must maintain at least a 2.25 individual GPA and a collective chapter GPA of 2.5.

  • Academic Success

For the Fall 2010 Semester the Brothers are proud of achieving a 2.98 Chapter GPA. The GPA is one of the highest among all fraternities at State and is above the All Fraternity (2.69), All Men's (2.92), and All Greek (2.94) averages. In addition to this great accomplishment, the brothers would also like to recognize the 20 Brothers who achieved Dean's List for the Fall 2010 Semester.
